First: Demand Policy

• Orders are confirmed within 24 hours through customer service.
• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery is within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the governorate and region.

Second: Return and Exchange Policy

• You can return or exchange the product within 3 days from the date of receipt.
• The product must be:
  • In its original condition (unused or unwashed).
  • With the original tag or packaging.
• Specially designed products (such as printed names or a special design) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• In the event of a company error (different size or color), we will fully cover the exchange costs.
